Had the attacks on this company not made financing the ABSSSI trial too dilutive for the company to pursue at this time, it would be in a Phase 3 trial right now. It seems extremely likely that there are lives that would have been saved by being in the clinical trial, and lives that are being lost right now because the drug hasn't yet proceeded to approval.

This is exactly what I mean when I say that the bashers and shorts are indeed murderers. It is hard for people like most here on the board (excluding the multi-identities) to understand how someone could sleep at night, knowing that their actions were killing people.
