Yes, SEC will not shut down SIGO, but tell that to the board idiots at IHUB.
They are ranting that the SEC will shut down SIGO next week if no 10K filed by Friday and they are also stating that the are now in default on the new loan.
Meanwhile, they only took $900K of the new loan not the full $4.2 Million, however the bashers on IHUB are non stop.
