OurDiabetesClub.com is a reseller for DECN and not DECN; however, DECN should have approved the website specific to DECN and QC'd those pages in addition to the QC of the website ....
And when a BOD offers you the position of CEO of a public company, you can make all of these decisions and implement all of the policies you see fit, and any way you wish. Until then, you know what they say about opinions? I am sure you do.
In a very competitive market, details make a difference as well as brand recognition, QC, product and price.
