I'm guessing market makers are just wiggling to find buyers for some Aspire shares on a quiet Monday morning. Once the good news comes you won't be squirming over a penny and $30K worth of volume.
What would you like the SEC to do? They can't investigate every shadow you jump at. They have limited funding and need to focus on real problems. People here call them complicit and do-nothing but they have no idea how hard working and swamped the SEC is with real cases. The work they do is triage...they have to handle the bleeders before those with a sore foot.
