I would say that the treatment a new poster gets is in a direct relationship with how he behaves. If you bash the company, if you have Berman Derangement Syndrome, if in your first post or two you bash management, if you speak of news releases old and upcoming and repeat known false facts and make up a few of your own, if your writing style parrots known offenders on the iHub board, if the current stock price is the most important thing you are interested in, if your ideas are simplistic and ill informed but definitive, if you tie every little thing that you don't like as a means to blame on management or the BOD, then your welcome will not be friendly.
