Just read GBLX SEC filing that their share holder meeting on 9 Mar. 2019 didn't have sufficient number of proxies to constitute a quorum. the meeting will be continued on 6 April 2018. Someone commented on Yahoo that they are trying to increase Outstanding shares to 400,000. Any thoughts?
