Something that gets thrown around a lot is the lines of code that nFusz has. What gets lost in the message is it's not about the lines of code, but whether it's protected and reproducible.
I'm going to take a guess and say the point Rory was trying to make when saying 10M lines of code is, someone is not going to come in one day and say BAM, I created alertCRM, alertAIR, alertID, etc.
The complexity of what nFusz is creating isn't something that can be easily reproduced. There are developers that get lost in a 10K line program let alone 10M lines. If someone did try, they'd probably get their asses sued off as I know someone who is a pretty, pretty, pretty good lawyer.
nFusz: 10M+
Windows XP: 40M
Windows Vista: 50M
Windows 7: 40M
Windows 8: 50-60M
Windows 10: 50-60M
Grand Theft Auto: +100M and took them 6-7 years to make it
Google: Search, Gmail, Maps etc: 2B
Something to keep in mind: Microsoft Windows operating system has roughly 50 million lines of code. Every engineer knows that "lines of code" is a silly measure, and the lines of code we are counting here with OS's are much less complex than the code written for software programs.
Note: nFusz tech has way more lines of code than the Space Shuttle or Google Chrome combined!
