How SFOR-will negotiate-after Patent-reversal!
After the reversal of Alice 101, Claim 54 reversal, there will be nothing left to argue for infringers.
The SFOR PATENT is strengthened, it cant be defeated, it becomes equivalent of a Patent Infringement litigating, SUPER WEAPON!.
There is no other legal argument to be made to resist it. The current round of infringers will be force to line up and re-assume the position of submission before Ropes and Grey . Kinda like this...
Negotiations with the new round of 15 to 20 infringers will likely go like this
Ropes and Grey to new round of infringer companies attorneys: "Good day heinous infringer! Please advise your clients to immediately pay damages, monthly revenues or else this outcome awaits you in court! ...(Treble) Triple Damages !/b]
