Aside from the fact that JF hired the disbarred attorney who presented the letter to OWC you do realize that OWC is a separate and legal entity apart from OWCP don't you? OWCP is not liable for the actions of anyone connected with OWC so if Ziv had a hand in this, which the SEC is not alleging, then OWCP is innocent which they have already officially declared.
