IMO the PPS is getting a boost from the sentiment that we are close to hearing about revenue deals from whichever source. The deals are large so any payment on them, even if only partial to start, will be huge. Mark has always said there were and are deals. Many people doubted him as evidenced by the decline in share price that occurred a few months ago. Being on the sidelines is not the place to be when these deals come through.
