In and of itself I'm not banking on the tender exchange moving the needle significantly. But I do not see the exchange as an isolated event - I expect a tandem of near term events.in conjunction with the exchange. Something more has kept the toxics at bay. I thought we would BK by now.
It would be reassuring if the exchange in and of itself moves us near true valuation.
