sorry for the delay in my response .. my time these days sometimes isn't my own
thank you for the kind words ..
imo cash divs are one way mgmt can inflict *pain* upon NR .. but i have no doubts that exhaustion (due to this always ongoing battle) is also present in most OTC Survivor Mgmt teams .. i can only imagine how many emails get sent weekly every time news is issued .. and the *orchestrated manipulated response on the OTC* is for the PPS to decrease .. or stall it ..
i never rule out the selling (or merging) of a targeted company .. i'm just grateful this mgmt team has *awareness* of what is being done .. because imo that means every avenue will be explored before whatever decisions are made imo in the best interest of shareholders .. going forward ..
