Disagree "10-K 2017 is meaningless". The year-end, audited financials contained in any company's 10-K carry weight with investors. Particularly potential investors starting their DD on a company. If SFOR comes out with a mediocre 10-K it will serve to discourage those investors from initiating a position. It may also discourage current SHs from adding to their present positions.
