How about the bigger picture? The company is about to announce funding and possible partnership going into phase III, (explosive news). Just the announcement of going forward with P3 is going to start an uphill journey for 2018. Besides having to fund their research and development through offerings, which in turn lowered the stock price, other than that, you cannot find any dirt on this company. This is a rock solid company with a highly appreciated product on it's way to market, (Worldwide).
The stock jumped after their PII results because the product works! BPX-01 reduced facial P. acnes by more than 90% after four weeks of use in the trial, representing a statistically significant average over the control.
Not too mention, their patent was just approved.
