Personally I think and "discussion" is moot and at this point I only care about the company moving forward with the science/partnerships/licensing etc.

I think the level of shorting will become "visible" after any major deal(s) are inked.
I also think that after the above happens and if the SP shoots up to an unrealistic high (before it subsides) then we will know that there was a lot more shorting going on than what we were led to believe through FINRA #'s.
