right but the legal short imo isn't the abusive short .. a topic that quickly devolves and tends to become an issue for some on various SMBs
my focus is on the *abusive* aspect in play against OTC targets .. that said it was pretty clear what the *legal* showed in 2017 after mgmt's upside surprise of June 2017 ..

it adjusted upward about 500k .. and for the most part has held in a *very tightly controlled size and pps range .. since then
bottom line is *imo* .. i am lucky to be an investor in Innovation Pharma
because not only do we have the science .. we have a mgmt knows that imo understands the tactics' deployed by NR ..

That could be a reason for these take-downs -- try to cover the stock to take some profit and pay for the interest cost. Then, run it up and short again.
I am hoping that the morons short IPIX again. It will make it all the more terrible for them when news comes and the searing short squeeze happens.
