I really haven't analyzed or compared the products too much, as I'm never been a big cheerleader of elto.
But the idea is, and this part is sound, that there is now a clear path to approval, with certain milestones, designs, thresholds to clarify the path forward. Following in the footsteps of another means they get there first, but you're not gonna get lost.
Reportedly, some are also now confident that Elto would be a superior product too.
