I would guess the SEC loves to look into large dump's that we experienced.They look at large stock transactions during the time frame and put the pieces of the puzzle together. Shareholder complaints most likely got their attention and investigation commences. Being a marijuana proponent certainly didn't help. I wonder what our pps would be today if he didn't sell all those shares. I would have to believe we would be very close to where CNBX is or even higher.
