I certainly wasn't pushing for such a suit, and frankly I don't believe that long term what Friedland did will mean anything to us. The only people who really lose are those who sell on the weakness in the stock. Many here may gain if they averaged down, which I didn't do this time, but have in the past.

If what Hirsch had to say comes true, several positive events should occur prior to our first product going on sale. I cannot say what the potential of what's to be announced will be, but as we learn more the market will tell us what it's worth.

No one likes down day's, week's or month's, but if at the end of the year we're substantially higher than the beginning, we'll have had a good year. I'm willing to wait.
