The Appeals Court only ruled on whether or not the temporary injunction issued by the lower court should remain in place until the lower court trial in April occurs; they did not "rule" on all of the issues to be heard in the trial.

It is encouraging that the injunction stands, but the lower court in Texas, and the Kansas and Miami courts still have to decided on the underlying issues concerning QMC's alleged defaults on the Notes.
