I've been doing what you suggested, just curious as to the locked position at .001. I tried trading a matched order from one broker to another to test my theory and it will not fill. Just feeling more and more that for now, the powers that be are manipulating shareholders to sell out of frustration and help somebody(s) accumulate the shares falling into their lap.
