Well said, JLUT, I feel this is exactly where the 220 million shares are coming from. The remainder of the vista line of credit. Mmex can’t use the crownbridge funds due to the potential downlisting from OTCQB. So it is likely that this is what is happening.
Remember, much of these notes are being used to qualify for the equity portion of the financing imo. It’s like showing you have some money in the bank to be able to get a house, of sorts.
