I see they are separate, this is what is confusing me a bit, is this a method of financing...."the Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to direct the Investor, by its delivery to the Investor(Crown Bridge) of a Put Notice from time to time, to purchase Put Shares".... Also this EPA was drawn up almost a year ago, is it being renegotiated or will it stand as is? Sorry if I ask a dumb question, just trying to understand
