CORRECTION! The judge did not invalidate the patent, ONLY THE ONE CLAIM! Everyone keeps saying it was the patent, and time and time again we correct them! It was only the claim (#53 I think), and thus he ruled in favor of SA, BUT HE DID NOT INVALIDATE THE PATENT!!!
