On March 7, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on March 29, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2018. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
