Until the skull and crossbones is removed, no one would recommend this as a buy. There is an upside I think to it though, as they prepare for a rebirth and reintroducing the product, there are some brokers who will not allow buys which limits manipulation and gives them some time to get it together without having the SP being manipulated. I think this is the main reason it is moving sideways. Hopefully it will be timed so that when they have some stellar news, the OTC will be updated, because I feel like there are scumbags just waiting to pull this subpenny which could happen with the weak demand.
