"McAfee/TPG/Intel" and SFOR have what in common newbies? That's right, the same very expensive lawyers, Ropes and Gray. Who by the way have an active mergers & acquisitions office. Yes, the same office that spun off McAfee as a stand alone cyber security software company. Now just what was it the TPG exec said on Bloomberg after that spin off? "We will continue to acquire small software companies in the cyber security landscape". Does SFOR meet that description? Knowing all this, I can't wait for the SA cloud over us to be blown away by R&G on appeal! That legal victory may very well clear the way for a buyout offer IMHO.
