What do mean by 'legit'? 'Do illegitimate companies file lawsuits in Federal Court for the hell of it?, Do illegitimate companies file audited 2013 financials plus all other filings to bring the company current to get a new ticker/name change? Do illegitimate companies have their names on China state owned high speed trains? Do illegitimate companies stay silent and not put out multiple PR's to pump up the stock price? Answer...NO, illegitimate companies don't do any of these thngs! IMO
