If I had to guess I would think someone need a public shell to merge their business into for the purpose of expansion. This give them access to investor funds and credibility. It also means that audited financials will be coming our way adding to the value of the company. This in my opinion, is a great buy with very little down side risk and the potential of a lot of upside profit. I am accumulating shares as funds become available.
