It is always positive when the management/directors can afford to pay for everything until the company can make money. It is much better than dilution and killing the stock. I believe they must of hit a snag again in starting construction.
These guys have so much to gain financially by getting PSPW off the ground. All we can do is sit back and wait . Someday it will happen.
