Big coincidence -- on the inaccurate so-called Level 2, a 60k buy at .52, and a 60k "sell" at .57. Both of them are on ARCO.
A suspicious person would think that someone was trying to suppress price so they could buy a lot at a very cheap price, but of course I would never, ever think such a thing.
