I didn't mean that in the literal sense as though it was only a rough and was not official. It absolutely is officially filed with WYSOS, but the company still has to actually act on it and tell FINRA to execute the change. Normally that's a very fast process. For some it's a little slower, for example, TKRG became HDIH and did a R/S but that still took 3 weeks to show up on the daily list. We're beyond that now.

It doesn't become legitimate til it hits the daily list.
