Dear Sir, I am no longer a part of the management of GRPS. The company has
been transferred to an attorney who represents a new company and technology.
They are in the process, I am told, of getting the company current with the
OTC. I don't know when that might occur or what the new technology is but the
attorney seems confident that they will be able to bring the company forward
to the benefit of all shareholders.
