Maybe he is waiting for the sale of the blending site for $1,100,000.00 to fix the pipes? Then again if it cost $200,000 4 winters ago to fix the few frozen pipes and everything has sat and rusted since.... I would guess the repairs to everything would be a hell of a lot more now....

"The beast" is never going to get fixed and therefore nobody will buy something that ran 4-5 years ago.
