Identity Guard uses SFOR IP and is owned by Intersections inc. Identity Guard uses and has access to Delta Risk LLC which in turn is majority owned by the Chertoff Group which has a large government contract for all forms of security including cyber. The Chertoff Group also has large enterprise clients.

I see Intersections inc. very much like Alvarez LLC with direct access to government contracts (but different than Alvarez SEWP federal contract which is more government agencies and DOD - Delta Risk/ Chertoff is more government infrastructure).

Delta Risk' s board of directors is a who's who of former Homeland Security, CIA and NSA directors.
