That is possible, but it doesn't answer what was Itschak Shrem doing at the conference, and what arrangement does he have with OWCP?
How many shares does he have? If he is backing OWCP, and has shares, he has the resources to stop the manipulation and pps drop. Unlesx he either doesn't care, or is one of the ones doing the manipulating.
The imporyant question is what is his connection to OWCP, and what did he or will he get out of it?
