Here is the answer to your question: Mark mentioned to me last year that they have had deals in place for their cyber security products but it has NOT EVER been mandated. So even though they have had contracts with some companies in order to be a security option, the bulk within a given organization that they've worked with through the years have opted to not take on the additional expense because cyber security has never been a big budget item. But if you look at my post from yesterday on recent SFOR PR's Mark addresses that by saying that recent cyber security budgets have increased globally!!
