I am a firm believer in this stock. They needed to do an R/S or raise the A/S to accommodate and pay for the assets, partnerships, and alliances, etc. that are coming in from the Nov 1st merger of the rest of ZJMY. The current share structure did not have sufficient liquidity to bring in the massive amount of growth that was being brought in. IMHO, they decided to do an RS so that Dequn Wang can maintain control of his company. Raising the A/S would dilute his controlling interest and I believe that he doesn't want to be exposed to a hostile takeover.

I disagree with you on how long it will take to recoup all of our investments. I believe that once the annual 2017 financials are reported, we will finally get to see how much we actually own. IMHO, I believe we own billions in assets, partnerships, alliances, contracts, agreements, sales and we have government backing also.

I wish all well that have held through all the ups and downs. We will soon find out if it was worth it. I believe it will be.
