In case you are wondering Fidelity has NTGL up 333% in my account although the OTC indicates only a 65% PPS increase. Fidelity apparently uses the lowest bid when calculating percentage increases.
Yes the float is tight as can be. I know of 4 other longs alone including myself that hold more than 10M shares so yes shares are as scarce as hens teeth.
