same here. no longer waste my time with them. emailed scottrade/ td.ameri trade and suggested to them their advertising dollars would be better spent over here and else where. constant bashing is bad for trading. if more people complain to their brokerage houses, maybe it will make a difference. couldn't hurt to try. jmo.
