Obviously this is great news, but is a continuation of the last news release(sales, logistics, legalities etc.), all of which are important & probably needed to be completed as terms of finance. I think it will take the Finance/JV news to really make a difference in the PPS. In my rookie opinion this is a buying opportunity.
