that isn't the way it works .. the goal is to always outlast both mgmt teams and actual investors .. which is why when NR is UPSIDE DOWN .. the only game in town NR has left is to relentlessly compress a targeted PPS ..
usually most investors will cave (sell) and/or mgmt will answer the call to issue stock that will then be utilized in the *cycle*
the day P2O *executes* their first sale (monies exchanged/filed) .. NR will begin to *adjust* how PTOI is handled
