That hard drive must have the judge scratching his head as to what to do.
In my opinion the FBI could easily trace who TD is and follow the popcorn string to the couple of people behind the theft of about 30mm bucks from shareholders.
There are people who really know what is going on here and henry is one of them.
Although henry is not directly involved with Treaty , I wish the SEC could find within its circle to root out the corruption at the lake worth Texas office and end this in our favor.
I don't believe the SEC person who had the complaint written for her did much bad other than that, the truth is so nefarious - hedge funds have a play book to make money and the SEC complaint is the final nail usually...
Bankruptcy is the first choice so authorities are not needed .
If I had the time I would, myself, dig into this much deeper and try to put an end to the Wall Street frauds, they live amongst all of us and our kids go to school together .
They are usually easy to spot ( if not Mafia)
