Last year there was an ACS cyber security presentation in NYC sponsored by Intel and IBM which had Xband Enterprises (an ACS channel partner) as the MC.

I posted the link on IHub and here. Band's CEO (Ahmed Sharaf) and I had a brief exchange on Ihub when he saw I was posting about his company to clarify his company's relationship with ACS and Titrium. He originally had ACS and Titrium listed as his current work experience which he took down after my postings. He confirmed that IBM was an Xband channel partner but he quickly took down the ACS presentation sponsored by IBM.

That's when I knew ACS/SFOR was working with IBM
