Rory talked about world class support. Having been in this field for many years, sometimes that means "world support" without the "class" as many companies offshore support because it's pennies on the dollar.

An investor I know from another stock saw I was investing in nFusz and we exchanged PMs a bit. The timing wasn't right for him to invest in the company but he saw potential to try the product for his business.

I asked him if I could share "word for word" what his experience was with nFusz and after much thought, he said sure. Keep in mind he shared his experience with me, good or bad, before he knew I would ask and he has no vested interest in the company.
