I believe that they needed to file their Annual Report with the Wyoming SOS, by March 1st, and they failed to do that. I don't believe that it means anything more than the report needs to be filed. If you look through the history, the previous owners have had delinquent notices and then when the annual report was filed, there were no further notices.
