Sure. With 505b, if the 300mg arm has satisfactory efficacy, I would expect we'll either be filing for NDA directly or we will be doing another short phase 3 trial.
Even if we have to do the trial, if the results of the 2B are very good with great safety, word will get out all across the Psoriasis community. I know I will be spreading the gospel on every psoriasis forum I can find to speed up interest and enrollment.
