Be very careful on this stock as we know very little about it at this point in time.
The Authorized share count was released to be 1 billion shares.
No Outstanding share count or float has been released
The stock has been flying on hype.
The background of the new CEO is leather goods for his entire career and now he wants to break into the United Stares by res erecting a debunked food company and now a CE has been posted . I don't doubt he will address the CE and get it eliminated.
If he intends to sell leather goods to auto manufacturers he will have a tough road ahead as they are already established by other vendors and they won't give up that revenue without a fight.
The stock recently has crashed and rightly so with the data I have posted. I wouldn't touch this stock with a 10 foot pole, at least till many of the above points are clarified. I reserve calling this a pump and dump until more information is released.
