I really got bullish on gold after 9/11/2001 for a comparable reason. A good friend of mine and I owned gold stocks. He wanted to sell since it did not go up after 9/11. I put up the thought that after it did not go up, it did not fall either, saying that was bullish, who would buy then except the manipulators.. We both sold in 2006 for a nice gain. One of my few good calls, was that one on 2011, need more, like how about food going up now, lol.
