FWIW - I doubt very much if Mr. Gay took on the CEO role to fail. I say this for 2 main reasons:
1) Why would he tarnish his reputation (of over 30 years as a high level exec)
2) He has been Managing Director of Triple Enterprises (his baby) for years and look at all the things they specialize in folks ?

** There is a part of me that wonders if Mr. Gay and a friend could have accumulated the brunt of those 14.5M shares from 9/25 - 10/31. If they were to fully participate in the offering, they would own MORE than Joey Parsi. He would need to participate just to retain voting control. Things that make ya go HMMMMMM
Wonder if Joey would even have the funds to buy up 3-4M units for himself ??
